Used computers, and they can be laptops or desktops, are computers that have been returned to the manufacturer for one reason or another. An example of this would be when a computer was leased by a company for a year and then returned. Another example would be when a computer was returned for a refund. In all cases these machines are fully repaired if needed (faulty components replaced) and fully refurbished (keyboard , mouse or computer case may be replaced with a new one for instance).
  
  
• The end result is a computer that is 'as good as new', is often a fairly recent up-to-date model and comes with a price that is often well below that of new. When it comes to saving money on quality computers, this is the number one route to go.

• Answer: these all basically mean the same thing - a new, unused computer! How does this situation arise? Sometimes suppliers get too much stock in and need to get rid of some in order to 'raise cash', sometimes businesses fold and leave all their new stock, sometimes computer models get superceded by the latest and get left on the shelf. • Answer: It varies from supplier to supplier. In general Dell and Apple state 'up to 14 days', but in our experience it is often much less than this. Morgan Computers have a guaranteed next day delivery if you order before 3.00pm and are in a hurry to get your goodies!
